1. Warranty Policy & Warranty Claim Processing
SensaSwitch offers one (1) year standard warranty on all items purchased from this website from date of invoice. Premium support product (PSP series) are offered with two (2) year warranty as per standard warranty terms and condition. Please click here to view or download warranty terms and condtions document.
Please note, invoice is the important document to claim warranty replacement. To initiate a warranty claim you just need to share your purchase invoice to our whatsapp helpline 9814055314 or by email to contact@sensaswitch.co.in. We shall guide you further to promptly process your warranty claim. Generally it takes less then 24 hours to get a claim processed.
2. Premium Support Products Policy
Premium Support Products (PSP series) products are offered with 2 years warranty and 3 months free warranty return pickup support, from date of invoice. After 3 months from date of invoice, sensaswitch shall provide replacement / repair service as per standard warranty terms and conditions.

Please note warranty return pickup service is complimentary service and offered on availability (in area PINCODE) basis only.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Your order is generally shipped within 24 hours from order payments notification received to us. During these hours if you happen to cancel your order, we shall refund full amount to source of payment.

Please note if you cancel your order after it has been shipped to you, your order cancellation shall be confirmed on order items returning to our address, and deductions for logistical charges may apply, as applicable.
4. Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept the return within 7 days from date of delivery at your (buyers) address. You will need to share purchase invoice​ with request to return on our whatsapp helpline 9814055314. Please note refund against returns shall be processed after items return to us at our address. Deductions for logistical charges may apply as applicable.​

In case the order parcel fails to reach you within 15 days from date of dispatch notification or the items delivered are found damaged / defective after being received by you, you will need get in touch with us. We shall suggest possible corrective actions and proceed further to ensure your complete satisfaction.
5. Out of Warranty Services Policy
For any items that have gone defective after completion of warranty period, we offer paid replacement or repair service. To avail this service buyer need to share product front and back image to our whatsapp helpline 9814055314. On finding the product serviceable we shall guide further with payable service charges and payment options. Modelwise paid replacement/repair charges are as below

6. Paid Return Pickup Policy
Paid return pickup service is offered on availability basis to buyers who request defective/return products be picked up from their address by sharing their area postal pincode. On return pickup service availability confirmation, buyer need to pay service charges as below
