Warranty is basically a promise, an assurance about ability of product to fulfill its intended purpose for a minimum of specified period. What matters most is, how this promise is honored. SensaSwitch offers not just the product warranty, but product warranty with the conduct guarantee.
Product Warranty
Product Warranty is that SensaSwitch shall provide buyer a product which is free from any kind of manufacturing defects. In case any product gets defective within warranty period SensaSwitch shall replace/repair it free of cost as per warranty terms. Please click to view/download pdf.
Conduct Guarantee
Conduct Guarantee is that SensaSwitch shall conduct itself in most polite, prompt and principled manner to honor buyers warranty claim. SensaSwitch shall fully support buyer to make sure that warranty claim is processed smoothly as per stated warranty claim process and warranty terms.
Warranty Process

Buyer shares invoice or order number with date by whatsapp or email. SensaSwitch checks and confirm warranty status to buyer.

On receiving warranty confirmation buyer sends the defective product back to SensaSwitch at mentioned address and shares the return parcel booking receipt with SensaSwitch.

SensaSwitch requests buyer to confirm items returned. On buyers confirmation of items returned SensaSwitch sends the warranty replacement at buyers billed address within 1-2 business days and shares parcel tracking details with buyer.
