What is sensor signal range?
SensaSwitch devices can be connected to water sensor using signal wire up to 100 meter (about 300 feet). SensaSwitch good quality copper signal wire for best results.
Which wire to use as signal wire?
Generally any good make copper wires can be used as signal wire. For homes and small establishments telephone signal cables of minimum guage 0.5 mm can be used. SensaSwitch also provides good quality sensor signal wire packs.
How much is warranty period?
Warranty is one year from date invoice. But under special offer warranty of water sensors supplied with control device is 2 years when you buy direct from sensaswitch website or by whatsapp on 9814055314.
What services are offered in warranty?
SensaSwitch provides replacement or repair services for products found to be defective within the warranty period. In most cases, a replacement product will be issued to the buyer upon presentation of proof of return of the defective item.
How to claim warranty?
To claim free replacement under warranty buyer needs to share purchase invoice of product
on any of sensaswitch contacts by whatsapp, email or website mailbox. On warranty warranty verifcation buyer need to send back defective product to address shared by sensaswitch and share proof of return (post office or courier receipt). Warranty replacement is sent to buyer same day or next working day on sharing proof of return.
What is warranty replacement?
When a warranty claim is raised by buyer, sensaswitch offers warranty replacement by another device. The replacement devices are not new devices but tested ok devices lying ready with sensaswitch. As soon as buyer share proof of return (courier/post office receipt) we pick up a tested ok device of matching condition and send it to buyer at the earliest. The replacement reaches buyer in 4-6 days.
