Testing - Auto Overhead Level Control Model AOLC-1

The functionality of the AOLC-1 device can be tested by utilizing the three sensor signal wires (white, blue, and red) that are coming out the device. When these three wires are kept separate, the motor should start, and when they are joined together, the motor should stop.

Testing Auto Start

  1. Join all three sensor signal (white, blue & red), only main indication will glow

  2. Separate only red wire and keep white blue joined, no change will be there

  3. Finally separate white and blue wires, motor will start and low and motor indications will start glowing.


Testing Auto Stop

  1. Keep all three sensor signal wires separate, all indication will glow

  2. Join white and blue wires, low indication will stop motor will keep running

  3. Join connect red wire with white and blue (already joined), motor will stop and also motor indication will stop


Testing Water Sensor

  1. Connect water sensor set directly to sensor signal wires coming out of device, and take water in jug or mug.

  2. On keepin water sensors out of water, motor will start and all indication will glow

  3. On slowly immmersing sensors in water. On lower two (white and blue wire) sensor dipping in water (low indication will stop) and all three sensors immersing in water motor will stop (only mains indication will remain glowing)


Above tests confirm device and water sensors are working properly.
