The functionality of the AOLC-1 device can be tested by utilizing the three sensor signal wires (white, blue, and red) that are coming out the device. When these three wires are kept separate, the motor should start, and when they are joined together, the motor should stop.
For a detailed demonstration on how to conduct this test, please refer to the video provided below also please check step wise testing to check complete device features
Testing Auto Start
Join all three sensor signal (white, blue & red), only main indication will glow
Separate only red wire and keep white blue joined, no change will be there
Finally separate white and blue wires, motor will start and low and motor indications will start glowing.
Testing Auto Stop
Keep all three sensor signal wires separate, all indication will glow
Join white and blue wires, low indication will stop motor will keep running
Join connect red wire with white and blue (already joined), motor will stop and also motor indication will stop
Testing Water Sensor
Connect water sensor set directly to sensor signal wires coming out of device, and take water in jug or mug.
On keepin water sensors out of water, motor will start and all indication will glow
On slowly immmersing sensors in water. On lower two (white and blue wire) sensor dipping in water (low indication will stop) and all three sensors immersing in water motor will stop (only mains indication will remain glowing)
Above tests confirm device and water sensors are working properly.
